About us

The mission of Glory Haven Foundation can be summarized as follows:

  • Provide high-quality, attentive personal care that addresses the needs of body, soul, and spirit from a faith-based perspective,
  • Live out and practice the values of the Christian faith in words and actions before our residents,
  • Honor God in being good stewards of resources and providing excellent care in exchange for comparable payment for services, and
  • Honor our residents by reinvesting net earnings to enhance their quality of living, and give back to God and our community in the form of grants to other organizations whose missions and values align with those of Glory Haven Foundation and Biblical faith.

Glory Haven Foundation's activities are overseen by a board of directors, two of whom are officers and full-time employees of the organization. All five directors are leaders in the community who hold a high level of accountability and integrity, including two members of the clergy, a medical professional, a former educational professional, small-business owners, and board members of other faith-based non-profits.

The Non-profit Mission

Glory Haven desires to be a small-scale answer for a population requiring personal care attention. Having little overhead costs ensures payments made by residents and their families will go directly toward their cost of care and living, with net earnings being reinvested into improving operations of the facility to benefit residents and distributed in the form of grants to organizations whose missions align with the mission of Glory Haven.

Having a low staff-to-resident ratio, where mission – not profit – is the driving factor in our operations, allows the organization to prioritize personalized care for our residents. As a faith-based organization specializing in personal care from a distinctively Christian perspective, the residents of Glory Haven will receive care that ministers to the whole person, care that considers the needs of body, soul, and spirit. Our hope is that residents can continue to experience the abundant life faith can provide while we assist in making an enhanced quality of life possible. All members of the board of directors and officers share the belief that God is the Author of Life. We respect God’s sovereignty over each individual’s life - its beginning and natural ending - and we honor the dignity of each individual He has created.

Please email us at gloryhavenfoundation@gmail.com with any questions for the board of directors, and we will ensure you receive a personal and timely response to your inquiry.

Tiers of Care and Pricing

Though Glory Haven provides personal residential care on a private-pay basis (we do not work with Medicare or Medicaid), we believe you will find the breakdown of our hourly rates to be modest, competitive, and reasonable for those who require 24-hour care.
